    Any ideas to what is happening to our copier?

    We have a Konica Colorforce 8050 at our workplace. We performed the 200K maintenance to the unit and conducted the adjustments. The problem is that we are seeing the Cyan and Black print on paper during the alignments but do not see the Yellow or Magenta. When running Auto Gamma Adjust, we receive either the 29-07 or 29-08 error.

      Be sure to check the developer unit are installed properlyand the driver gears for the developer units arent worn out
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          The developer units for yellow and magenta are new as well as the yellow drum cartridge.
