In one of our costomers machine bh 423.getting c-c211.its due to nv ram board.can any body give the part no .or solution of it.requesting all .I searched it in parts manual,but not available.THANK U SIR.

There is no part no. for NVRAM Board (NRB). You must contact your local distributor/principal. After you get the NRB, don't forget to rewrite the firmware to the MFP.

Have you done a logical format of the HDD yet? That is the place to start. It could also be a problem with any authentication devices. (if installed). Or the connector for the NVRam.
Start with the HDD.
PS. All data will be lost from HDD after logical format.
