Hi

I just need to know if anyone have been able to reset or repair a NC-4 (NIC). The card link lights are dead. The card is configurable, but no connection over the network.

PLEASE HELP !

all i can say is good luck. i have had 3 die on me in the last 4 months. i can not figure out how to bring them back.. luckly the peoples that keep dieing decide to by a new machine once it goes out because we do not cover the controllers life or maintenance in our contracts
