KONICA BIZHUB C500 "Bad CYAN Prints"

Hello All

I have a KONICA BIZHUB C500 that doesn't like me. The cyan prints come out faded and the print feels like sand paper. My guess is the delveloper is out, but Konica just replaced it less than 80,000 prints ago.

Whats your opinion?
