We have a bizhub C250 that only has less than 10 K on the I.U. There is a lot of streaking on the colors mostly magenta and cyan and little yellow. Black is perfect. We already changed the transfer belt and roller. The belt has all the streaks corresponding to the page. When we pull the drums everything is clean on the drums. ???

The charging part on the imaging unit might be dirty. Try to remove the corona assy from the unit and clean it. Is the temperature and humidity on the environment the machine is working as it should be? -

Yeah, this is true. The best bet is to try with an old one that is just garbage already to 'make' your hand... It is possible but it is not easy.Comment
