    Konica /Minolta 5510

This machine throws a constant 32-02, 32-01 error when trying to duplex. The paper jams up between the finisher and the main body. It does single sided just fine. Does the paper exit the fuser differently, or enter the finisher differently than one sided? Physically, everything looks ok. Is it an alignment problem?

It is the duplex feed clutch slipping before registration.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

in the fuser exit there is a foam roller that gets worn. Normally black in color. Also 2 gears that have oneways in them that wear.
