[Jamming] C6501 jamming from bypass tray

Hi all.
I have a machine with 390k copies on. We have multiple feeding/jamming problems from the bypass tray. We have replaced pickup, feed, separation rollers as well as the feed clutch. If we feed 80gsm paper it feeds perfectly. When we feed 250 or 300 gsm the machine doesnt want to feed paper at all. We have put more weight on thetake up roller frame so that there is more pressure on the roller unto to paper. Any suggestions that we could look into. At this stage Im clueless what to do.

Are you setting the paper setting for the by-pass tray....what is the weight of paper ..... type of paper .... and the error jam code ...?
