bizhub 500 missing tab

Hi, i was trying to print the Machine Management List and Adjustment List of bizhub 500, but the paper tray tab is missing on the lower right of the screen and the machine won't ready. Anyone encountered this? Thank you very much

I would reload firmware to newest level.
Paper may have to be lenthwise to print.
Just a couple things to try

make sure bypass is set to plain paper before going into service mode, load a4/letter short edge feed into the bypass and ensure it recognises is correctly.

you will then be able to go in and press the start button to get what you require.

this is an old p.o.s. and this is how its done, there is no tray selection.
