I can make copies and use the doc feeder and finisher as long as I do not need to touch the screen.
It appears that the only spot that worked was in the lower right corner.
I could not get into service mode with stop 00 stop 01. Doing the warm restart would let me in
but I could not select anything.
I powered the machine down and unplugged it. Took the control panel off and cleaned the metal
ground band around the screen and reseated connectors.
That made it work for about 10 minutes, before I could activate the touch screen calibration screen
it went back to only the lower left corner working.
Has anyone else seen this kind of problem?
