    Coming up on display to switch on modem, Any ideas

    Might be CS remote care trying to use the fax to send info..have you tried to do a data clear in CR Remote Care? Emujo

      Bingo. We get them in all the time from the trade where it's been supplied and looked after by KM direct and had the remote care modem taken off at the end of lease before going to traders.

      It's very easy to turn off.

            You need to be in service mode, then CS Remote Care, enter the password, clear the RAM (from memory)
