[Misc] Bizhub 164,usb not recognized

Hi, PC not detecting our BH 164 in USB port,I have tried all the way but PC not detected the printer but occasionally error message "USB NOT Recognized ' is coming

If any one knows the solution let me inform.

replace a usb cable i encounter many this problem only i do is try a new usb cable

hi,replaced USB cable as well Pc too but the same problem persist
