Bizhub C352 - Entering fax numbers on computer

We just got this machine, so I am still learning. I have many fax numbers I need to save in the machine's memory. Is there a way to do it from my computer, ideally by importing them from Excel?

You can put the IP if the copier into a web browser and setup in there. Like: http://192.168.0.55

Enter a couple addresses, then export the address book, Open the exported file in excel and then copy and paste your contacts and numbers into the excel sheet, being careful not to change the format. Save the file and then import it to the copier.

you can also use the Data Amin Utility (it's on the CD). If you save the Excel fila as a csv file, you can import it using the Data Admin.
