[Error Code] Bizhub Pro C500 - Error code J17-01

it happen to bypass tray, paper only go inside the machine half way and jammed there.
if ask to print from PC to output thru bypass, it always pick up from tray 1 or auto selection.
Error code is J17-01

can someone tell me what to do with this.

J17-01 from all paper feed trays and the bypass with the paper stopped in the nip of the registration rollers. Could be intermittent.
Solution
CAUSE: A failed PS22 (registration).
Note : PS22 may check normally in diagnostics.
SOLUTION: Replace PS22 (p/n 56AA85520)

If it only jams from the bypass----Probably time to clean or replace the feed components(rollers) in the bypass. Have you checked the special parts counter in service mode to see if they are due for replacement? And, when you print from the pc the print driver should allow you to choose/select what tray or the bypass you want to utilize.
