I have a KM 350 and i need it to print with user authentication. From what i red from the user manual i need to put User Authentication and Account Track ON. On default they are off. But when i do that, the machine restarts and asks for user and password. I tried entering the admin user and the password 00000000 but it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to make the machine print with user authentication?

Have you created a department or a user on it already? Try to make one on the account track registration.
