I believe there is a fuse on the back somewhere that can
be replaced. I seem to remember it was an odd rating, so
I used the next lower. This worked fine.
If you're going to service this model you really do need the
books.
I got my fuses at an electronic store, not radio shack. They
don't have what you need.
Here is a number from the fuse package, LIT-217-.05A.
It is located on one of the back edges. This machine auto-
maticly resets the counters when it blows this fuse.
Get the book, it will save you a couple of headaches.
Just manuals has helped me out in a pinch more than once
with the book I needed.
