    [Jamming] Konica Minolta Bizhub 250 - RADF paper wrinkles

    Hi to everyone, I have konica minolta bizhub 250 with having a problem in RADF while scanning the original paper it will get paper wrinkles or bind in that top side, something like the paper not going street i was check it maybe there is any object inside but nothing i did not saw anything inside. Anyone have an idea please i need your help and support so that i can solve my problem. Advance thank you so much & God Bless Us...

      double check the mylars in the doc feeder.
      they sometimes flip and are difficult to see.

          Re-align ADF on the machine so the white guide plate touches front to rear equally on the slit glass.
