[Error Code] BH 552 /Planet Press software / Hibiscus (Unix program)

Hi all getting a PS error code being printed from a KonicaMinolta BH552

what is happening is the customer is using a program called Planet Press to flash a Template file to the Hdd of the Konica, we get a verification saying that it has sent it to the HDD the template it's self hold some variable data. then a unix program Hibiscus send a PS code to the machine and what should happen is the code should overlay in the template and the customers info should be printed on a armband. on the machine i get a flashing blue light on the Konica but nothing reports in the job history, so i turned on PS error reporting and i get the above error when the job is being printed from Hibiscus


thoughts anyone ?

If the data file is sent in PostScript or text, can you ask the customer to have Hibiscus download directly to the machine and temporarily by pass the Planet Press queue?

While it may look a bit funky, it should still print.

In all likelihood the data file is corrupt, and not the PP configuration or service.
