    Katun drum kit BH350

Has anyone else been having problems with Katun drum kit part #35938? Recently we have been experiencing quite low image density fairly early after rebuilding drum unit and replacing dev. Katun says we are the only ones in the world having this problem. I have posted samples.

    Hahahahahaha........... LOLOLOLOLOLOL......

    That sound SOOOOOOOO familiar!!

But they are not necessarily lying cause you are perhaps indeed the only one in the world using these drums from Katun Darren.

I'm not using Katun drums but other aftermarket stuff from China and without one exception after 60K with similar effects as yours no problems yet. Do you use aftermarket toner too?

    Hans

(I'm reluctant and hesitating to ask cause I know you are a professional, but the drum surface is still undamaged without the bare aluminum showing?)

How many copies? Have seen cheap toner do that! Maybe a transfer roller.

Toner is a possibility. Definitely not transfer roller. These samples came from same machine. OEM samples made after drum replacement.
