    bizhub 250 with a 0x00900000

    this is a new code to me. I am going to get on it later tomorrow in the field. any advice or heads up?

    0x00900000 abort. thanks for any advice.

      Abort code 0x00900000 is related to fax so i assume that an FK-503 is installed in this machine.

      As a trouble-shooting procedure, please try the following:

      1. Enter Utility/Counter -> Admin. Management -> Enter the Administrator Code -> Admin 1 -> TX Setting -> Quality/Mode -> Communication Mode -> Change from Fax(G3) to PC + E-Mail. Check if fault still re-occurs.

      2. Remove the FAXS board and check if fault still re-occurs.

      3. Remove the MEM board and check if fault still re-occurs

          well I get the dumb shit award today. can I say that?
          the connector going into the fax board was slightly unplugged
          tripping the code every time. machine is fixed. I am happy
          but sheepish that I didnt seeit

            Don't worry, happened to me once too. I had to drive 120km into the Black Forest however for that. One week before I had a failing Printhead with the same machine..........
