Bizhub C352 all shades of gray print Black

hi All,

Just ran into this situation. Seems like all percentages of Black from 10% all the way to 90% prints pure black. Just replaced the Black Imaging Unit and it still does it. Any ideas?

Did you run the calibrations for each mode at least three times after replacing the IU?

I have not . . BTW this is a C352P so it adds to my dilemma

Did you clean the LED heads?

not yet but that's a good idea . . . what is the worst case scenario for this situation?
