[Jamming] Konica Minolta 7145 - Mishandled Paper

Hi to eveyone, I need your help and support. I have Konica Minolta 7145 having an error while starting the machine "Mishandled paper" Lift lever2, open cover 3 and remove paper. Open conveyance cover6, fix guide5, during depress fix guide9, remove paper. I was check all everything i did not saw any paper inside the machine. I have a suspect having a problem with the drive motor for the cassette, i replace it already but still the same problem. Anyone, have an idea i'm very appreciated and thank you so much.
