[Misc] Problem with cyan and black image unit

Hi. I have a konica c650 and there is a big problem with the cyan image unit (original). Every 700 - 1000 clicks the unit is Off. Where there is cyan color not printed. I have change 3 image units and the problem is still here.... Also the black image unit gets dirty too quickly, about 1000 clicks (I have change 2 black image units). Where is the problem? Is there any solution? Thanks

check all contacts and then I would look at hvt.

I would suggest you contact your service rep if you are an end user. If you are a tech you should have access to the databases regarding any known problems related to the C650. This forum is for TECHS.
