Bizhub C252 no yellow

i have a C252 printing without yellow. The paper is total blank.
i checked the imaging unit, transfer belt and contacts and everything seems ok. i'm wondering what colud be the reason becuose there is no error code. the HV was already changed, but no diference.

any idea what could be the reason?

what do you mean you "checked the drum?"?

did you swap it?

You have three logical choices. Covered in color copiers 101.

Replace IU, Cam roller over yellow busted in transfer belt, print head.

Checked mean that i changed it with a working part.

I have a c280 with similar issues, but with the cyan. I have changed the developer, drum, checked all contacts. checked the cyan transfer roller in the belt, it is working properly. I get a small 1/2 inch line on the inboard side of the copy of cyan when running halftone pattern at 255, when i run the pattern at 120, cyan shows up, once i go above 125, i get the 1/2 inch line again. the machine does not error out. any ideas??

changing the pwb-m board and the 1st Image Transfer Pressure/Retraction Position Sensor (PC6) solved the problem.
