Dear all l have a bizhub 20 displaying''printer unable EC'' it came a a result of blowing the machine
so it can not print/ photocopy neither can it scan some help

Disconnect the machine from the power for
several minutes, then reconnect it. If error message not disappear - the machine has a mechanical problem.
Posible cause - fuser fan failure.
Must change main fan assy or (if fan change not resolve problem) main PCB.
temporary transfer your faxes to
another fax machine or to your PC. (See user manual)
