We were wondering if anyone had access to the KM info hub and would be able to share the information found in there Solution ID TAGB1100114EN0 it should be related to the C451.

We mostly work on the Ricoh brands so we would be grateful for anyones help on this.

The DV material in the Cyan IU is being drawn out leaving very light prints from that IU. We are very interested in the the solution that KM has provided in the Solution ID. Would you be able to help us with that information?

Did you read the PDF?? Of course it's relavent....It's the 2 biggest reasons for pulling developer. Emujo

That is the solution ID off Infohub
