    KM C550 & C353 Transfer Belt Fuser

Does anyone know if the fuses are the same for both of these belts? I have the ones to reset the C550 but I have to do a C353 and want to make sure.

    Thanks

Thanks for the reply! By chance do you know where it goes on the C353? It's not in the same place as the C550.

Loosen 2 screws and PULL the ITB out few inches, on the frot side is 1 60x Philips screw that is holding a grounding spring and separation finger plate. take it out, then the top screw to completely loosen up the separation plate with 1 finger in the middle. Take it out and watch out not to dunk the finger in the ITB, otherwise you may get it to cause a butterfly effect when pierced.
The take out a C - clip and unscrew 1 40x Philips screw..take out the metal plate and the plastic plate under neath has the fuse you looking for.

Replace and reverse the order of dissassembly.

WATCH OUT FOR THE PICK FINGER NOT TO PIERCE OR EVEN SLIGHTLY DIP the belt..as if you slightly dip it, it will stick through on next possible roll around of the ITB.

        Good Luck.
