[Error Code] Error code C- 6103 on C220

Dear all my name is brian and l have a c220 which brings an
error code C-6103 (sanner over riding) but i hve tried to cheak
the scanner motor but its ok, checked the connector between the M20 and simes to
be fine any help

My first thought is to check the proper connection of all cables espc the flatband-ones.
