[Error Code] Errode DC00

I have a printer C253 which is having an error code DC00 but its not in the service mode even
some help pliz but when u go to service mode and do system error clear the error disappear
but when you switch it off and the on the errorcode comes back not until you go back to the service mode
and then system error clear
