[Error Code] Erroe code C220

Dear all my name is brian and l have a c220 which brings an
error code C-6103 (sanner over riding) but i hve tried to cheak
the scanner motor but its ok, checked the connector between the M20 and simes to
be fine any help and also the i have done every thing but its not ok changed every thing on the scanner but no
positive solution yet
