    c250 / c252 Fuser M3 door or parts

We have about a half dozen or more of these machines out in the Field, I've had 3 of them get hot enough to deform the Fuser exit sensor arm, then jam and throw codes, and a handful of other bust off the M3 door. Kinda like the c350/C450 M2 door busts off right at the hinge.

Is there anywhere that anyone knows of that I can get replacement parts for the fuser? I hate to keep buying and replacing the fuser for a $2 part, and i'm sure were not the only ones that have run into this.

    Any input is appreciated!

the fusing exit sensor warps on machines with excessive powersave timeouts.

Broken door = user error as excessive force has been applied removing a jam. Customer pays for a new fuser, unless its been baked over a long period of time due to the above.

I think i have changed that actuator before in the distant past.

I may of felt sympathy for a not for proffit charity customer before and swapped over that door off a fusing unit that was in the recycling bin too. The rules for us were very strict and that was always a chargable "offence".
