Bizhub C450 cyan imaging unit

Hi, thank you all in advance. I have a Bizhub C450.
I have replaced the yellow and the megenta imaging units and they reset to new,
but the cyan in not cooperating with me. It says "replace cyan imaging unit"
Soooo.... i took it out and shook it a little and put it back in and still get the same message.
What else can I do?
Thank you so much... because I can't print my calendars until I get this issue solved.

That usually happens when the IU didn't seat properly. 2 alignment thin metal post that stick up from the LPH could get a little bend if an IU is not slid in carefully. They help align the IU and seat properly when the light blue lever is closed after installing the IU. You could run into a costly LPH replacement if that pin breaks.
