    bizhub 20 smb?

    can a bizhub 20 smb scan? i only see scan to email or ftp

      smb is the "network" option.

      i usually can't get it to work, probably because this is a Brother machine and I don't know Brother.

      If you can get a copy of Konica's FTP Utility it will work this machine, or just use the scanning software that comes on the disc.
