Today the toner recyler tube above the waste toner bottle plugged up for some reason. After removing the clog I tried to pull out the T. Belt/Drum/Developer Unit assembly. It wouldn't come out, me and a helper figured it was stuck where one of the developer stations went into the waste toner auger. Seems to be the Cyan or the Yellow station area. Has anyone seen this problem, we've bent the front of the unit and are about to take a "Saws-All" to it to get it out.

Problem solved, 3 color auger tubes and the transfer belt auger tube we're plugged up. The fix was to remove the front plate to the IU and dislodge each of the drum units. -
