    bizHub 200 continuous ip-rx

RX report is showing ip-rx MODE receptions about every minute, 1" duration and 0 pages. Result is EBE0DD. If I disconnect the network cable it will stop.
TX is odd: 5 tx were sent, 2 of which were good in ECM MODE, the other 3 were in PC-M MODE, showing as successful but were not received by the target fax machine.
The service manual contains none of these MODE codes.
It looks like internet faxing has been somehow activated but the customer says they haven't been doing that. Phone lines only
    thanks for any help

Your best bet is to change the IP address on the machine, and update the customer print drivers with the new IP address. Had this happen when we replaced a Panasonic with a B200. Somewhere on the customer network they still had the Panasonic software running, and it would regularly send some type of data to the machine. So changing the IP is your first, best option. The other one is to track down what software is trying to talk to the machine. Something for your customers IT person to do.
