KM C6501 - "powdering" inside
I was wondering how much "powdering" of toner on average (rough estimate... like a handful?) techs out there are finding inside the machines at the time of servicing. Also, if possible the location. I am finding inside my C6501, that toner is falling on top of the fuser and a small pile is accumulating at the back of the engine (pull out the M1 lever and i find a small pile near the two electric motor drive shafts at the back). The powder i am finding on the fuser seems to a brown mix of the 4 colours and being that it is very hard to clean the felt of this toner it is accumulating.
