[Error Code] C2558 error in Bizhub 164

I have a problem on the error C2558 in Bizhub 164. I have changed the tcr sensor and OPC drum, still, after warming C2558 immediately appeared. I have closed and open the front door but C2558 kept on appearing. Do I have to change the developer powder?

You have to replace the dev and then run dev setup otherwise you will keep getting this code.

i will first replace developer and do atdc adjustment (tcr)
