Hi, i have a problem with bizhub C250 with an error of C2653. It says: Yellow Imaging Unit EEPROM access error. The thing i have done so far now is check the contacts and replace the Yellow Imaging Unit but still no luck. May i know where is that EEPROM located or can i replace that? Thank you very much.

the imaging unit eeprom is the 3 pin device mounted on the imaging unit that the gold contacts on the machine side contact.
Ensure the pins on the machine side are not damaged and are clean.
if the wiring & contacts are all ok and the new imaging unit made no difference I would try another PWB-M next. (dont forget to swap the IC over from the old board to the new one)Comment
