Machine seems ready but will not print or copy Screen is black. is there a reset you can do without a reset tool? If so which buttons would you hold at power up, and Furthur procedure? Only have one bizhub in our territory. If you need any help with toshiba,sharp.xerox or copystar I could help ya out. Thanks for any suggestions.

Do you hear the machine running a calibration setup.
It could be bad cable from panel to mfp pwb, dead short if nothing comes on, bad firmware, or bad nvram.
Try opening the side door and see if it still goes blank. If not then look for a short. If it does then I would try firmware (I believe this is via a cf card). Even if the display does not work firmware can still load if you leave machine alone for 15 minutes. Nvram can only be ordered by an authorized dealer with a certified technician opening a ticket with SSD.And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right! -
