KM Bizhub C552 - mulitple copies problem

Hello.

I've problem with Bizhub C552.

When I print from any document in 2 or more copies, machine take it to square (when I want 2 copies, I've 4 copies, when I want 4 copise I've 16 copies).

I've fiery installed.

Please help.

have you looked at the printer driver? Make sure it is set for single print of a document.

Yes. I looked. Is set 1 copy.

I've installed printer driver one more time and it's the same.

Maybe the driver is too newest?

Turn the "Collate" option off from the application which you are sending the print job from.

Ok. I check it tomorrow.

This is option when click 'File->Print' and I see windows where next I click 'OK' to print oraz I can change printer?

When you go File > Print, you should then be given a print dialog box. You choose the printer you want to print to, enter in the number of copies and then untick the Collate box or change the methos to Uncollated if you are using Office 2010 and higher products.
