konica df 312

Having a problem with a document feeder model 312, when i place an 8.5x11" original on tray it say original size is 5.5x8.5" , when i put 8.5x11r it say a4 original, i replaced the original tray with the sensors, no change. all firware is up to date, am i missing something? like a dip-sw setting?any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

there is a VR adjustment on some copiers in the 25 or 36 mode you have to do. if you are working a konica/minolta.

Thanks CMB, i went thru the 7060 manual and the df312 manual, couldnt find an adjutment,just having one of those days i guess,any ideas?

i believe it is in the 47 mode. i don't have a manual with me.

also, flourescent light have an effect on those sensors. block some of the light and try it. i had to actualy moved a couple of copiers to one side or another to make it work.

Does anyone have a copy of the adjustment sections and dip sw section for this machine? ( kkonica 7055) any help would be appreciated
