CN3101e misfeed detected remove misfeed at pointing to adf while there is nothing...
i can not scan anymore form top feeder... i even dont know how to start it troubleshooting... need some clues or guidelines...

What is the model of the machine? That info would be most helpful. If it is a CF3102 then clean the sensors and reflectors. Just use canned air, it is usuallt enough.
