Hi, i have a problem with this machine, only in front of the copier i can see a red blue and orange, together, and the star botton is orange, the customer was printing 20 copies in 12 X 18 special paper, and only 19 copies go out. And the machine is dead, i change the power supply, the dc board, and the board that have de memory ram, the panel and nothing happen, the machine not warning up, no fans, no motor, nothing , but the boards are receiving the signal, because i can see the leds on, thanks for your coments,.
