Bizhub B&W 350, scan to e-mail, subject line...

....when scanning to e-mail. Customer want to turn off the subject line. Normally the Bizhub produces as subject:

[IMAGE FILE] XYZ etc. etc.

This is unwanted cause the attached file is going to be automatically printed and now every time a cover sheet is printed before the actual image file prints out.

Anyone know a way to switch that off?

I dont think its possible.. Maybe via a software switch but i dont know wich one! Give KM a call, maybe they can help you out? Im sure you are not the only one with that question.

Its just an idea.. They dont help me out often but somethimes they do have good idea's, or they can send you in the right direction. just a tought

Have you tried this method, leaving the entry blank?

Subject Registration
1 In the Network Setting screen, touch [Scanner Settings].
2 Touch [Subject Registration].
3 Touch the number of the subject to be registered or changed, type in
the text, and then touch [Enter].
4 Touch [Enter].
