does any one know how to solve this error code or do i need to order parts? tried changing the fuser unit and still comes up with it!! the machine kept saying warming up then came up with the error code C-3802 any help please

fuser should do it.
cant say i know the 1200p but all machines have a Reset procedure when it comes to fuser codes.
once you find that, you should be good with the new fuser. -
