Bizhub C350 Password On Service Mode

    Hi,

    thanks for reading this.
Some Idiot put a password on rep tech service so, I cannot upgrade the firmware and maintenance operations as well.

Please, is there a way to make a reset or other to solve this problem?

Konica tells me to change the main unit but, it's very expensive.

Thanks and I hope somebody help me.

You need to perform a nv-ram clear. there is software you can put on a SD card and startup the engine holding down the utillity button.
          never change a working machine

Unfortunatly, Minolta is right. If you change the password by going into security mode and you forget it or do not know it you must replace the main PWB.
