pagepro 4650 - 'paper jam transfer'

I have a problem on a pagepro4650.it is marking 'paper jam transfer' from tray 2,
found paper jammed just after pick up of tray 2.when i tested from tray 1 no paper jam trasfer was indicated.
so I replaced tray 2 with another one.but same problem happened.any idea?

We have quite a few of these in the field, I have changed 2 paper feed clutches. The ones i changed had over 200k clicks on them. Look for something simple first.

the problem was a flipped over guide at the tray 2 feed,probably caused by a wrong removal of paperjam.and for the 40p the problem was a sensor out of position(unclipped from oneside)in the tray 1 unit.a manufacture problem because the 40p was new and this sensor can't be reached by a removal of a paper jam.
