    License management error bizhub 601

    I upgraded print controller firmware to latest and got a malfunction detection upon boot. I was able to flash the full firmware back to the original versions it had before. Copier is functional now but now has license management error shown. I don't think this machine had any purchased options. What is the best way to remedy this. I followed some info on knowledge base such as getting a reset code on the KM site but it couldn't generate one. Can I reflash firmware in some way to fix.

      You need to contact KM. After a lot of "fucking around" Japan will issue an initialization code that will sort it out.
      As far as I know KM are the only people that can help you.

          Crazy thing happened. I just changed drum and Dev. After doing all the adjustments and count reset the message is now gone.
