I have just added a Fiery IC 401 to a Konica Minolta C350 that was previously running just the Emperon controller.
I want to change the system from controller 1 to controller 2 but I cant get into service mode.
I have only just started to deal with the C350 & I tried the same access sequence as previous Minolta Cf3102 & Cf2002.
Is Tech rep mode accessed differently or with different code or is is to do with the new installation.
I just found the answer partly from other posts.
Bizhub C350 different from CF3102. Need password which in my case was 8 zeros. Also needed to enter TECH Rep mode with front door open for first access.
