One of my customers has a KMC253 with a efi fiery attached, when attempting to scan to a mac (FTP) the scans come through but the page has a grid like overlay on top of the scan. Like grid lined paper. Ongoing issue now since DEC 2012.
Any advice/input/ideas would be highy appreciated!
