    Bizhub press C8000

    I have incounter with problem in C8000 If there is colour combination Black 100% and cyan 45% then machin did not mix it properly end result solid black having cyan scraches in sub-scan driction.
    If you reduce paper thickness it will reduce but maxcimum on 350 gsm (GO) paper.

    have you try use dot2 or line2?

          Hi,
          If you output test pattern 53 with this mix of colour do you get the same result?
          It could be a secondary transfer issue on thick stock. Try adjusting the second transfer offsett to see if there is any improvement.
          Have you measured the thickness of the stock? 350 micron short grain is the thickest I recommend putting through a C8000.

            Are you certain the correct paper weight and type is set as this sounds more like a poor fixing issue.
